EI Reform: Why is it an Absolute Necessity?

It is an undeniable fact that the current EI system in Canadais in a pathetic condition. Reform measures are immediately required so that it can serve its true purpose and is not abused by some undeserving Canadians. Many people are now simply refusing to work for their livelihood and taking financial assistance, while the truly deserving people are sometimes deprived of the benefits.
